Fund Introduction
The Archiwoods Vision Fund will provide investors with access to different investment opportunities other than investing in a fixed return product. Investors may choose which Investment Option they wish to invest in. Importantly, investors’ exposure will be limited to the investment that the relevant Investment Option invests in and in no other investments.
The Archiwoods Vision Fund is designed for Wholesale Clients who are primarily looking for discrete investment opportunities with clearly defined risks and returns.

| Authorised investments | The Vision Fund is to invest into companies with a potential to become a leader in its sector, specifically within transformative industries such as artificial intelligence, robotics, internet of things (IoT), fintech, ( blockchain, tokenization, digital wallets, payment gateway) and biotechnology, e-commerce, and health tech. |
| Recommended minimum investment period | 3 years Please refer to the relevant Investment Option Memorandum for these details. |
| Distribution frequency | The frequency at which Distributions are expected to be calculated and paid will be outlined in the relevant Investment Option Memorandum for each Investment Option. |
| Minimum investment | The Investment Option Memorandum for each Investment Option may set out the minimum investment amount on which an application can be made to invest in that Investment Option. |
| Management fee and Performance fee | Please refer to the relevant Investment Option Memorandum in relation to whether the Investment Manager is entitled to receive a management fee from the Fund and/or a performance fee. |
| Exit fee | Exit fee will be specified in each Investment Option Memorandum. |

An Investment Option Memorandum will be issued in respect of each Investment Option setting out investment specific details about the:
- Underlying investment;
- Investment terms and security;
- Minimum Investment Amount;
- Target Return;
- Withdrawal Rights;
- Specific benefits; and
- Specific risks
The assets, liabilities and returns of each Investment Option will be separate from each other Investment Option. The timing of when Applications will be processed will be outlined in the Investment Option Memorandum for each Investment Option. The Investment Option Memorandum for each Investment Option may set out the minimum investment amount on which an application can be made to invest in that Investment Option.
Investors can invest in the Fund by completing the Application Form contained within the Investment Option Memorandum for their preferred Investment Option.
